Reply from Carpentries Awaiting the final confirmation. Can you also confirm the dates of teaching? The instructors are accustomed to 2 days and you have the 24-27th. So I'd like to be able to tell them the exact days... One of the confirmed instructors asked this question.

proposals for sponsorship of events (within the IRIS-HEP scope) should be brought to the IRIS-HEP Executive Board for discussion and approval. some more formal documentation about it will be provided

Might want to have a plenary talk in addition to the parallel session to get everyone on board (how can the findings of the different WGs be converted to training modules to spread the knowledge from experts to students? etc.)
