Description

CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE AFTER THE CORONA VIRUS  PANDEMIE ...

The idea behind UCAP is to provide a standardized solution for the "acquisition/processing/(re-)publishing"-problem. Many BE-CO applications are based on this pattern, but often (maybe too often) implement their own solution. In this context, UCAP tries to simplify recurrent actions (subscribing to signals, synchronizing the data on reception , publishing the results) by configuration, while processing can be implemented with a high level of flexibility in standard programming languages (currently Java and Python are supported).

The presentation explains the concepts of UCAP, gives some real examples as well as an outlook on possible future evolution.
