RAL stage-out timeouts:
* Rucio clients 1.21.9 should be deployed ~ now
* to follow-up on effectiveness of the 'fix' :
Still seeing jobs with same timeout errors, with the new Rucio version. With a few more statistics will pass back to ATLAS Rucio and DDM experts.
Stage-in problems:
* Useful discussions yesterday; no 'smoking gun'.
* Aim to correlate between ATLAS reporting and Echo logs.
