      VO-Liaison ATLAS
Speakers: James William Walder (Science and Technology Facilities Council STFC (GB)), Dr Tim Adye (Science and Technology Facilities Council STFC (GB))

GGSU: 150312(closed); Problems with Rucio update and staging files from tape. Central issue and hot-fix applied.

Drop in ATLAS jobs yesterday evening; no obvious attribution to RAL problems; similarly not aware of ATLAS issues. Recovering now.

Test gateway accidentally added to production davs transfers (rather than for FT).
      - performance not great.

Speaker: Katy Ellis (Science and Technology Facilities Council STFC (GB))

One problem to chase up this week with the intermittent SAM test failures (xrootd access test). This looks for a file at RAL, but via AAA global redirector. It's not clear from the test debug messages, but I suspect a timeout. If the file is only coming from Echo, as it should be, then I see no reason why this is happening. I need to find the full job logs to investigate.

      No updates/changes on other matters.

      VO Liaison LHCb
Speaker: Raja Nandakumar (Science and Technology Facilities Council STFC (GB))

      LHCb:

      • LHCb File access issue on ECHO :
        • GGUS ticket closed
        • Development on LHCb side to use later versions of xrootd (>=4.10)
        • Some edge cases still ongoing
      • ECHO streaming issue:
        • Waiting for development of xrootd-ceph interface
        • Still investigating mitigation possibilities
      • Slow drop in LHCb jobs over the last few days
        • Seems to have largely recovered now (last 24 hours).

      DUNE:

      Nothing particular to report.
