Subject: Install Google root CA for GCS

Hi Torsten,

to use 3rd party transfers between grid storage and google cloud storage
it is necessary that the grid sites install the google root CA. We're
currently looking for sites to volunteer for this.

Petr already installed them at Prague and prepared a tarball containing
the needed CAs. More details are available here:

Do you think it would be possible to install them in Wuppertal?
