      Minutes of Apr/6/2010 meeting
      =============================

      Major R&D issues will need to wait for Mike's return next week. The more immediate goals:
      a) pixel TOT calibration implementation  (Matthias, Erik, Emanuel)
      b) getting the cosmic testscope to run  (Martin)
      which could be very well timed update for the ATLAS upgrade week at DESY Apr/20-23. b) is
      well underway and in the timing experiment phase. We mainly need to getting the various
      pieces for a) to click together in the next week or so. Given that the framework is
      settling down, we need to demonstrate steady progress as promised at the Feb IBL gen
      meeting. The few specific steps:
      1) Just use command line interface, same hisotogram utility as used for threshold scan
      and temporary display mechanism to debug the core TOT calibration code to ensure the
      configuration, running loops and fitting etc can work together to produce sensible results.
      (Erik, Matthias)
      2) Generic histogram utility and performance issues. The core fitting code should be packaged
      into a standalone problem to seek help from JJ.  (Matthias)
      3) Connection of the TOT caliberation to ST control migrated to the new framework. (Emanuel)

      We need to make some fast progress in the next week. We will meet next Tuesday (Apr/13) with
      an added meeting to review progress.
