The role of the pole (presence or not) is still unclear. If the pre-compress and push we would need a pole, but if no precompression in applied the pole should be not necessary.
How to apply precompression? Bladder or external structure that pushes all around could be options.
Titanium Aluminum Vanadium could be used as material for different thermal contract in the outer spacer. Using different CT for precompression could be dangerous: too much unknowns.
