8 Preparations Town Meeting: status update recommendations

Sijbrand de Jong will introduce this agenda item (see also his 14 April email message).

We will discuss the objectives for our status update, the procedure and the status of collecting info so far. See also the google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XMrb3Z7ulnM-TkaC9m6fkRXuQJYP37Tjtqkw4EqiGWY/edit

We will discuss and conclude the follow-up actions and time line for the next months.

9 Nominations for new SAC chair

The term of SAC chair Laura Baudis ends in June 2020. The APPEC-GA will appoint a new chair, preferably in the GA meeting on 5 June 2020.

The APPEC statutes say that the APPEC-GA appoints the chair among the SAC members.

Job will shortly report about the response on his email to the SAC members asking for chair nominations.
