We have pre-booked a number of rooms at the Hotels close to the LNGS at Assergi and at the Hotel Sporting in Teramo.
Unfortunately due to the situation after the L'Aquila earthquake it was not easy to find many rooms in the area close to the LNGS.
The pre-booking deals will last until August 30, 2010.
Participants will have to reserve rooms on their own. We strongly encourage all people to make their reservation within the above date. Reserving the room it is extremely important to state that you are a PHYSUN Workshop participant in order to have the reduced rate.
Furthermore if PHYSUN participants are also attending NEUTRINO GEOSCIENCE 2010 (http://geoscience.lngs.infn.it), scheduled from October 6 to 8, 2010 at the LNGS, please clearly state this when reserving your room. In this case the hotels will charge the same lower rate.
If people are interested in also attending this second workshop are also kindly asked to please state this important piece of information in the Physun registration form.
