Status of Muon Collider Studies

Room: Sunrise - WH11NE Muon collisions at multi-TeV center-of-mass energies are ideal for searching for new physics and for studying the Higgs-boson properties. During the seminar we will present the performance of the detector in the mumu->H nu nu-bar-> bb-bar nu nu-bar reconstruction by using the full simulation in the presence of the beam-induced background. Prospects for the future will be illustrated including detector design, physics benchmark studies and the newly proposed Muon Collider Collaboration.

Physics Prospects at Muon Colliders

Room: Sunrise - WH11NE Muon collider has unique physics cases, both as a Higgs factory as well as a high energy lepton collider. In this talk, I will review the overall physics pictures for muon colliders and discuss these unique physics cases. I will highlight a few directions that worthy further studies.
