    New 3.2 draft LHC plan discussed with beam circulating test in October 2021

    LHC BSRT (and wirescanner on 4L) - will not bake until next year.

     

    L4 access on monday with some BI interventions

     

    PS complex (William)

    Access constraints in PS 37-40

    SWY closed until end of year

    Michel has access SWY on monday 

    BCT in 34 needs a check (P.Odier). This has been re-aligned and they have asked for a check.

    FTN installation - agreed in SLM this was lacking some coordination for the zone. Rhodri will follow-up.

     

    SPS (Gerhard for Morad)

    IST on 19th October, with closure on 4th December.

    Inform David for any works after 19th October.

    Leak in SPS BA1 - check BLM cable

     

    LHC (Gerhard)

    New planning v3.2 is being discussed.

    All BI requested sectors are closed.

    Clarified with FR and GS that we are happy for both BSRT and BWS 4L early 2021 with mirror change in the first YETS.

    Manfred - BPM maintenance will be ongoing until there is no longer access.. SPS Not all fibre activities are finished (ALPS).

    ISTs (Federico)

    Federico gives demo of the OP web tool for ISTs

    Lars suggests that Michele comets next meeting and presents readiness for PSB, in particular for what is needed to start the machine. Lars will look for a date with him. Perhaps early November.

    Federico says that for the PS we need to inform them of completed.
