Attendance:  Marco Andreini, Jamie Boyd, James Devine, Liam Andrew Dougherty, Brian Petersen

Introduction (Jamie):
- Went through the plan for remaining FASER work in TI12
  * The cooling station, most electronics crates, cables and magnets will be installed in week 43-47
  * The faser detector components will be installed in week 1-5
- Magnet #2 will need to go back to B311 in week 43-44 to redo the fiducialisation
  * It will be moved straight to TI12 afterwards
- Magnet #3 should be ready for installation in week 46
  * Schedule for it still to be fully confirmed
- The EHN1 commissioning is going into the final stages
  * The plan is to test cabling and operation of the detector until middle of week 43
  * Jamie will invite James Devine to check out electrical safety in EHN1 once all is cabled up
  * End of week 43 the dismantling will start in preparation for TI12 installation
  * Tracker station commissioning will continue afterwards
- The installation of the tracker backbone was tested successfully in EHN1
- The magnet alignment in EHN1 is done
  * The achieved precision is better than needed for FASER
  * The test revealed a problem with the alignment screws which needs to be fixed
- Camille would like to check the survey network in TI12 next week before installation starts
- The fibers to TI12 are installed, but the connection to SR1 via existing fibers is still pending
- IT has installed the network switches in TI12, though they not powered yet
- Detailed plan for tunnel work up to week 47 was shown
 * A recent change is that one scintillator station should be installed before magnet #3
to reduce risk of damaging the station during installation
 * Jamie will check with the handling team how much clearance magnet #3 has when being installed

WP3 (Liam):
- The compressed air has been installed
- The TI12 hoist was adjusted to be better centered
- The VIC for the guard rail installation was done
- The guard rails and FASERnu cover have been manufactured and are
ready for installation on October 15th
 * It is still waiting for HSE to sign-off of the drawings, but this should come in the next days
- The guard rail installation will close WP3
- Jamie noted that VICs will be done for the various FASER installation parts
 * Liam is preparing an installation/safety document, but we might need to do
separate VICs for work before and after cool-down
