Test Stand Co-ordination

Karl reported that Suitbert confirmed the RFQ cooling skid was sufficient - so CV will start to look at ordering etc.
Karl will also get the references and model so it can be integrated into the layout.
Benoit shared the 3D model for the test stand.
Karl confirmed the model is a black-box reservation for space, but is nevertheless looking quite detailed!
Benoit noted that cable trays have been remeasured.
The source-LEBT-RFQ is on the plan, as well as elements of the cooling circuit, and a 3MeV line based on old equipment laid out as the new distances from Giulia and Edgar.
The 3MeV girder should be found - Benoit will send a drawing reference for the parts of the girder and Edgar will look if this is what is stored with Carlo or Vladimir.
Bending: If possible, we should adapt the magnet to the girder and not with an individual foot. Giulia send the LBS line layout drawing with the magnet (PS_LMLTP8194) - Benoit reported that the height looked compatible at first glance. Edgar and Richard will contact Dominique to follow up on this point.
Quadrupoles: Drawing from the 2013 layout says SPLMHQST0056 Type X. Giulia thinks actually Type VI was used. Giulia will look up the old measurements to confirm.
Survey: Richard to follow up and get an alignment contact as there are survey pillars will need to be installed.
Karl clarified that we are not updating this level of detail yet (but such data can be collated).
Karl noted that some equipment will need to be identified and potentially removed. Richard should follow this up with ABP to warn them for their test equipment.
Karl will follow up to get cabling layout and find what might be removed.
Discussions on RFQ positions, klystron and modulator are ongoing, Karl is following this up.
For the modulators we wait to see if a new modulator should be built, and then we decide which modulator we take. Suitbert is following this. Richard said he could not see any clear reason to consider to run at higher repetition rate.
Thanks to Benoit and Karl for following up to get this layout, it significantly crystalizes the work!
Next meeting in 2 weeks.
