• Tapes have been repacked, /user namespace cleaned up, test migration OK

• Write access to CASTOR ALICE has been switched off
• New date Fri 2 Oct 13.00. Block all access to CASTOR ALICE namespace, begin migration to CTA
• Mon 12 Oct. EOSCTA ALICE in production

• Christophe did two test transfers EOS -> CTA and CTA -> EOS using DIRAC + FTS. "it worked like a charm. It did not require a single extra line of code in DIRAC."

• Next up: 200 TB test (w/c 12 October)
• DAQ test should be possible in November
• TPC test from EOS LHCb to T1s
• "As far as RAL T1 CASTOR is concerned, I understand that the problem is more global: how do you make a TPC from any tape (which is not CTA) to another site, since the tape systems still relies on SRM..."
