Ask sites to update their progress on the wiki(https://www.gridpp.ac.uk/wiki/Perfsonar_refresh).

Duncan Rand will look at tweaks to the matrices (https://psmad.opensciencegrid.org/maddash-webui/index.cgi?dashboard=UK%20Mesh%20Config).  This includes increasing the throughput required to reach green and making plots that show the storage Tier-2s against the diskless Tier-2s.

Pete Clarke to discuss with the PMB if we want to take up a pro-active network improvement program.
