Cosmological tensions: smoking gun for physics in the Dark Sector?

Assuming that the cosmological tensions connected to measurements of H0 and S8 are not due to systematics in observations, and can be explained by small modifications of the LambdaCDM model, I will present a general discussion of which physical ingredients may or may not solve the puzzle. I will explain why, although no fully convincing model has been proposed so far, the tensions could hint at new physics in the Dark Sector.
