The preparation of the CERN Ion Injector Chain for an LHC Oxygen Run is not straight forward because the Complex has been designed to deliver Lead beams with a very low radiological impact. This talk discusses scenarios for a short oxygen run in the LHC in terms of needed commissioning, machine constraints, beam parameters, and estimated luminosity performance. Both O-O and p-O collisions are discussed.
