Issue with multiple zoom meetings configured at the same time. This should be solved for the next session. Sorry for the inconveniences.

From now on, using the new functionality of indico, integrated with zoom.

 

CentOS changes: Change of support model.  The linux team is evaluating several alternatives, from following CentOS 8 stream, to move to a different distribution.  More news will come later on

Steven: For the time being, most of the machine are still on centos7.

 

Roundtable:

Steve: Computers are not on yet. Nothing happened before the holidays. Powered off in December, and still down.

There will be some work once they come back on. 

Testing CTA. We got all the information needed, and I will do that later on.

Number of sites with ARC-CE, and they have issues with GDPR. 

Virtual collaboration coming on last week of January

 

 

Elisabetta: Organizing with Denis the upgrade of storage server. Denis has a done detailed planning of update:

1. Bring new server

2. Migrate half of the storage server and change that part

3. Migrate the second half

This will depend according to the pandemic measures.

Denis: Is power and cooling back in that room? Deni will go there in person next week. 60 TB on each server. They will be configured with eos

Ignacio: There is a new proximity device that at some point it will be required before accessing the site. We'll check if Denis will need something for next week.
