Description
Maria Fava, in collaboration with University of Geneva student Mira Buzanszky, conducted a series of Usability tests with 10 users from various CERN groups and departments to gather their impressions of the new web accounts' portal.
Maria will explain the tool used (loop11), the challenges of defining the scenarii and parsing the results from the user tests and the developers' team conclusions after this exercise.
