The iRIS Horizon Europe Start-of-the-Action and Onboarding Meeting will bring consortium partners together to establish the project’s governance, administrative framework, working methods and interfaces between work packages.
The programme combines guidance on financial and contractual implementation with practical onboarding to the project’s collaboration tools, risk management processes and action-tracking arrangements.
Participants will leave with a shared understanding of the working ecosystem, responsibilities, immediate priorities and the consortium’s working rhythm.
The meeting will be preceded by a CERN tour including the ATLAS experiment at the LHC on November 3 in the afternoon and a social dinner.
Note: All technical project participants will use Indico, Zenodo, Confluence, cernbox for data, document and file management. They are expected to have active CERN primary accounts by the meeting date and bring a portable computer along to be able to follow and participate in the hands-on sessions on the tools.
