Weekly Machine Status Reports

The information provide in these reports will be used for the reporting in the various ATS management boards and serves as input to the Facilities Operations Meeting (FOM).

At the latest every Monday morning before 09:00, the weekly machine coordinator/supervisor is requested to:

• Download the template for his/her machine from the indico page for the week he/she is reporting on.
• Complete all fields in the template. If useful Images can be added in the summary part of the template.
• Upload the completed template to the indico page for the week he/she is reporting on, leaving the automatic conversion to pdf on.

Every Monday after 09:00, a final report will then be compiled and made available on this Indico page (right hand column).
Machine/facility reports that have not been uploaded before 09:00 will not be included in the compiled report,
