      Vac pipe

      • last week of sept (28th?)
      • still need information from OP
      • wont affect all vac in ISOLDE
        • guillermo said it should not effect experimntal beam lines, only effect main isolde vac - so non-experimental beam lines
        • so isolde experiment could run if they are closed in their own vac environment
        • but for ex OP epc tests wont work in parallel
      • guillermo is one helping but jose will consign the vac
      • 2 weeks
        • scaffolding GPS and HRS in order for GDES to be able to access pipes and cut them
          • 1/2 day- 1 day
        • welding 2 days max
          • welder claims 2h
        • assume 1 day cutting pipe/ separator
        • assume 1 day per pipe for welding
        • 2 days for leak tight etc
        • double all this = 2 weeks
      • lukas has been designing the vac pipe that will connect GPS to HRS
      • follow up with CV on guy who supposed to do integration of sep zones
      • EN/EL integration follow up
      • ideally remove everything in HRS leading up to pump and re-make the whole connection because we only need to do one flange in xxx
      • not sure if we have enough space in HRS to add a flange and create a weld between the ceiling and the pipe
        • so maybe better to remove more so avoid this issue
      • OPTION A: could look at trying to weld both in HRS and GPS - but might need to keep vac consigned for longer incase we cant weld and then would need to wait longer to manufacture additional piece
      • From weld to carotage - too far to use flexible according to jose
        • then we also need integration for this piece
      • If we remove the big part in HRS all the way, gives the option if we want, to change the laser launch angle, as this would be in the way of changin the laser launch
      • cant do removal of contaminated pipe while comany is present working on platform
        • therefore would need a half day where severins team would need to stop
      • end of this year is our hard limit, ideally before end of oct as Daniel is retiring
      • Need to ask OP if they can get access to controls at other poits during LS - as maybe they are more flexible with timing?
      • very sure we can do the welding in GPS
      • unlikely we can do welding in HRS
      • deconsignation of the vac in 2nd week of oct
      • Meeting follow up with Guillermo

      cabling

      • rilis
        • one cable that needs to be routed back into the lab
        • 1 bundle of BNC cables that need to be routed down to the patch penl by GLM (we can do ourselves)
        • power - AC, there is an open tkt specifying the load and number of outlets - 1-2 weeks max
        • inside rilis need signal cables, only inside rilis, no cable pulling for around - for laser interlocks
          • ~50 cables
        • radiation monitors x 2, but only one plugged in permanently - confirm with fabio if they coordinate it or not
      • CV needs power cabling for cooling and ventilation - tkts open by nina
      • ISCOOL
        • specified in open tkts, mostly AC cables
        • power cables
        • interlock cable - tkne by Julien
      • everything was in plan on our side with the specified group EN/EL
      • deadline end of april
      • CV starts installation in march - in order for them to test equipment works (done installation in may), will require power
      • lights inside lab as early as possible in early 2027, followed by power as the priority
      • saved all lights and power strips for re-use!
