SCE CE Workshops

Through a structured series of workshop sessions during S1/26 and following continuous improvement principles, the CE Workshops aim to review current practices and identify concrete improvements across key CE topics. These workshops are designed to foster a shared understanding, challenge existing processes where needed, and agree on actionable evolutions, with the active involvement of the entire CE management team.
