FCC project office coordination

The main purpose of the meeting slot on Monday is the coordination of the FCC core management at CERN.

As a general rule, we plan to meet at 09:00 for a concise one-hour slot to exchange among the core FCC management team, i.e. coordinators on concerns and issues across the various pillars, as well as on the organisation matters of the FCC pre-TDR phase.
If needed, the meeting may be extended up to 11:00 by inviting subject-specific colleagues (for example budget issues, scheduling, collaboration agreements, difficulties with the matrix structure).

This meeting is not intended to replace the collaboration coordination with external partners, which will continue on Fridays as before but to be the management board of the FCC project office.
