OSAR table
HL-LHC

BGI: major updates, waiting for it to get back to the IWG. Ray comments that they will meet about this on November 10th, updates may be given at the IWG on November 18th.
TCLD: Chiara performed measurements recently.
HL-LHC collimators: Chiara says we are waiting for the collimators to be delivered, there was some delay on the first batch but they should arrive in the next days.
TCCP, TCCS: all studies done on our side, general agreement on keeping the TCCP installed as is. Discussion whether it can be moved to the final position for the ALADDIN experiment, final decision to be formalized.
Roman Pots (CMS): last news about big efforts on the cooling system, we have to get in touch with Mario for updates.
BSRT: talk today from Daniele.
MKIcool tank 6: measurements last week, additional ones will be performed today, as confirmed by Michela.

Injectors

BGI: waiting for input, there was the study for a steel cathode presented at the IWG, thermo-mechanical assessments from BI are ongoing, waiting for feedback.
MKDH: ECR ongoing, it will be changed as agreed. For measurements, magnets need to be removed and then wait for the cooldown.
Pumping port: presentation at IPP by Michela (longitudinal studies done). Prototype shield fully validated, now follow-up is on beam dynamics side. Progress is on waiting because we need to understand if any follow-up is needed (transverse impedance?).
KFA4 generator exchange: no impact on overall impedance as presented in the last IWG. Need to discuss if any measurements to check cable termination with inductive adder can be done. From last meeting --> termination given by inductive adder is not expected to be worse on the impedance than current open cable termination.

SPS and HL-LHC BSRT (D. Butti)

Discussion:
Ray asks about measurements during HIT, Daniele says that the 40 °C peak is not considered concerning at the moment. Ray asks if that is the continuous temperature expected for HL operation, Daniele replies that the jumps in temperature shown don't have a high statistics, they were only present during some fills.
Carlo asks what was the actual temperature reached, Daniele replies it was 60 °C but not for very long, the fill was short, to be followed up with Vacuum group. Comment from Daniele: vacuum activities were tightly monitored and no one complained about what was happening at the position of the mirror.
Carlo comments that we expect a larger overall power, around 20 W. What is important is that during the HITs performed especially for the BSRT there were no major observations on the device (if the mirror is damaged the measurements are immediately affected). Daniele says that they just want to understand the scalability of the results obtained during the HITs. As priority, they want feedback on the SPS BSRT modifications. The CAD models are already available, follow up on the materials offline.
Carlo says that this will be integrated in the OSAR table, giving priority to the studies for the SPS BSRT.
