Attendance Screening
All attendees will need to assert that at the time that they first attend the conference and for the 7 days prior:

Have not experienced any COVID-19 symptoms now or within the last 7 days.

Have not had close contact with any person with or suspected of having COVID-19 within the last 7 days.

Have not had a positive COVID-19 test within the last 7 days.

Have not been advised by any health authority, government agency or regulatory body, within the last 7 days, to self-isolate due to possible exposure to COVID-19.

Participants should get tested if they develop symptoms or are identified as a close contact case at any point during the conference.
Safety and Physical Distancing

A conference room layout with planned seating for appropriate physical distancing is foreseen. Attendance has been limited to use half of the full conference room capacity, which will allow for a safe distance between all participants.

During the conference sessions, participants will be required to wear protection masks. This does not apply to the speakers while giving presentations.

All social events, including coffee breaks and common meals, will take place outdoors (if weather allows, which is mostly the case in Dubrovnik at this time of year).

Increased Cleaning and Sanitation

Placement of stations with disinfectants throughout the conference including the registration area, meeting spaces and high frequency areas.

Availability of disinfectants, hand sanitizers including facial coverings.
