The video conferencing tool used will be Zoom, under a CERN license with specific provisions about security and privacy.
CERN’s contract with Zoom ensures that the data sent to this service is stored and processed in compliance with CERN data protection rules. In particular all the data related to CERN meetings is stored on EU servers, and this data can only be used for the exclusive purpose of providing the Zoom service to CERN users and its guests.

If you cannot use the Zoom desktop client, the Zoom web client and the phone dial-in connection allow for an interactive participation in the Zoom meeting, but come with a reduction of the available features.
