Meeting goals: verify that the description and data of the services:

• Customer service: Business Intelligence Tools Support
• Service element:BI  Reporting Application Support Service
• Functional element: Business objects

 

 

There was not need to explain the repository tool or the roles application :)

Service element and Function element was already defined by Per, service owner and function manager.

Discussion about service capacity/limitation: the service is provided in case by case based, used on available resources. Right now, not budget code is charged / or any other payment mode has been defined.

Contact point is ais.support (future replaced by service desk)

The service is guaranteed based on the virtual machine (IT) /hardware service guaranty.

Service owner has clearly defined primary and secondary users.

Business object depends on an external contract. Contract information has been provided.
