Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place at the Villa Blanca on Thursday 02 September after the parallel sessions. The fee is EUR 70.- / CHF 80.- per person (including apéro, 3-course meal and drinks (water, wine, beer, but not any stronger spirits)). Registration for the dinner must take place when registering for the conference via the main registration form.
You can choose between 3 main courses:
- Meal 1 (→ "Beef")
- Meal 2 (→"Fish")
- Meal 3 (→ "Vegetarian")
Important: Since we have to plan ahead with the restaurant, it is not possible to register for the dinner on site. Also, since the number of places is limited, the registration option will close once the limit is reached.
The dinner fee must be paid and transferred on our account at latest by 20 August in order to guarantee your meal. We will keep only a small fraction of the unpaid dinner places, which will be assigned to persons paying cash upon arrival on a first come - first serve base.
Unfortunately we are forced to take this measure because of experiences made in previous years when too many unpaid last-minute cancellations occurred for which we still were indebted to the restaurant. We hope for your understanding.
Women's Beakfast
The SFB BeyondC organises traditionally a "Women’s Breakfast" at their workshops. These breakfasts are meant to discuss gender-related issues and to encourage frequent exchange between female scientists.
The breakfast is planned on Thu 02 September at 7:30h, before the plenary session. You can only register for this event if you have already registered as conference participant. No additional fee is requested.
