SPS RF (Eric)

  • Two types of equipment
    • Siemens tetrodes with manual meter read-out (monthly) (replacement expected LS3)
      • We could implement functional positions and assign assets with meters and add a PM Schedule with notification to perform readings
    • Tales towers (32) in new BAF with several modules per tower (2560 in total installed)
      • Good candidate for asset management
      • Requires defining the assembly in layout database with functional positions per module
  • Possible request for store to keep spare parts (Prevessin or Meyrin?)

LINAC RF (Suitbert)

  • Amplifiers for buncher and debuncher cavities
  • 6 racks with 5 modules each
  • Possible request for store to keep spare parts (Meyrin)

PSB/PS finemet amplifiers (Matthias/Azzedine)

  • Interest in replacing Excel logs with something else (inforEAM logbook?)
  • Create positions and assets ?

Transverse dampers (Wolfgang/Gerd)

  • Amplifiers for PSB and PS transverse dampers (4W and 800W) could be tracked
  • Situated in racks building 355 (likely racks installed by EN-EL missing - Matthias will check with JP Corso about getting them added to GIS)
