We are conducting this event as a part of our month-long celebration of International Women’s Day. Our initiative is named “Shakti” (Power) and has a theme of “Sky is not the limit”. However, the virtual visit shall be open to all the employees of Bajaj Auto, regardless of their gender.
As a part of our celebration, we have already hosted Dr. Mamta Patel Nagaraja, Project Manager for Women@NASA, and Dr. Anuradha TK, First Woman Project Director at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). Apart from that, we have also conducted sessions on the physical and mental wellbeing of employees.
