Andriaseta Sitraka - APS practice talk
General comment: Your voice is quite soft. You could be a little bit louder.
Comments slide-by-slide:
-
Slide 1: CKJ: Seems that neutrino experiment is done at LANL while we performed a test beam there.
-
Slide 2: CKJ: I don't like overview but it is up to you.
-
Slide 4: CKJ: very wordy. Every bullet should be one line or two lines.
-
Slide 5: DL: Drawing on the left. Add a fiber going vertically. CM: change assembled to deployed. The detector was exposed to a neutron beam and not to a neutron beamline.
-
Slide 6: CKJ: Where did you take the drawing? AS: Drawing on the left is from LANSCE. CR: I did a new drawing like this you can use mine. CM: You could avoid to describe the proton structure but then include the description of the wrap-around. CKJ: Instead of the top-right figure you can show the plot of the gamma peak and the neutron peak. GY: I will send you that plot.
-
Slide 7: CM: I think you can change the emphasis a little bit. You don't need to go through the table but focus on the motivation.
-
Slide 8: CM: SuperFGD -> SuperFGD prototype.
-
Slide 9: DL: Label of left plot: 2.5ns -> tick. GY: neutron box can go lower, there are high energy neutrons CKJ: SuperFGD -> SuperFGD prototype
-
Slide 10: DL&CKJ: Change the drawing. Seems that the beam profile decrease. CKJ: Add an extinction curve and add work in progress.
-
Slide 12: CKJ: Conclusion: You want to say that the information we got from the test beam will be useful to tune the MC we will use for SFGD. Thank LANL. Do we have the collaboration list? We should include that. GY: We have that.
