The meeting will take place at the SANA Malhoa Hotel in Lisbon. The hotel is placed at the center of the city, with very good connections to the airport (there is a shuttle bus stopping a few meters away from the hotel, as well as a close-by Metro station with direct line to the airport) and to the City Downtown.
Hosting the event, the hotel (4 star superior) has offered as well a special rate for participants of the meeting who wish to stay at the hotel:
- Single occupancy (breakfast included): 93€/night
- Double occupancy (breakfast included): 101€/night
Additionally, 2€/night city tax will be charged. The rates are valid from September 7th till 12th. This rate will be available for reservations done up to two weeks before the start of the event (i.e., before August 25th).
