Static web sites - New enhanced architecture

Michal will explain the new infrastructure for static sites at CERN. The new design is based on gitlab and OKD4. The very much appreciated documentation https://how-to.docs.cern.ch on web site creation and migration (out of Openshift 3) is updated. More options (not only MkDocs) are now offered, based on open source tools.

This work was  discussed in the Documentation Project and presented at the ASDF very recently.
