Non-Archimedean geometry provides a natural setting to study degenerations in various contexts. The aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers coming from different fields of mathematics but related by the use of non-Archimedean geometry. They will share with each other their experience and points of view on this subject.
More precisely the following topics will be covered at the workshop:
– p-adic and motivic integration;
– enumerative geometry;
– non-Archimedean geometry : Berkovich and Hrushovski-Loeser spaces;
– tropical geometry.

The arrival day is Sunday, with the scientific programme starting Monday morning and running until Friday before lunch. Dinner Sunday and lunch Friday are included, and departure is on Friday afternoon.

The applications to participate to the workshop in site are now closed. If you are willing to follow workshop online, please send an email to arthur.forey@epfl.ch , and details will be e-mailed a few weeks before the conference. 


The location is the SwissMAP Research Station (SRS) in the ski resort Les Diablerets in the Swiss alps. The research station is newly opened venue for scientific meetings.


Accommodation and meals for participants will be provided in the Hotel Les Sources , which houses the Research Station.

There is no registration fee, and accommodation and meals are included for all participants thanks to financial support of SwissMAP. Additional support to cover travel expenses can be further requested through the application form.


The Hotel Les Sources is  located a 10 min walk from Les Diablerets train station, which is reachable from most locations in Europe (check the Swiss train company website for more information), including from the airports of Geneva, Zürich and Basel, which have many international flights.
