1. Review of the week in CCC.
2. Presentation by JPh: see LMC presentation.
3. Review of re-commissioning procedures :

• 13 kA (MB, MQ): RB Procedure updated / all steps agreed / Matrix to be included
• RQ: No snubber capacitor / no major changes / Matrix to be included
• IPQ:  No change / Final version to be submitted.
• IPD: No specifity for IPD: D234: additional measurement board for BB / Draft sent around
• IT: No updated since last week: “Nuria, Bernhard and Hugues NO change expected; need for special test ?”
• 600A: Signature need after PIC2 EE to be cleared with Knud
• 60-80-120 A :. On-going (Giorgio,Nuria,Andrea) and specificities to be added especially if impact on this Xmas break

 

4. Rudiger presented a file (excel) with current issue (on his public). The body that will have to follow this up and keep a memory is discussed. It could be MP3 in a new reduced form. To be defined later.

5. MP3 piquet :
Arjan accepted to take the days up to the end of the physics run this year
JPhilippe takes the nights and weekend except Saturday afternoon (12 to 18 where Mike will replace him)
