If you don't have a CERN user account or CERN external account, you just need to register a CERN external account with your general Email address. After that you can register this workshop with the CERN external account, and then you can submit/manage your abstract, etc. You can register a new CERN external account as the following link: https://cernaccount.web.cern.ch/cernaccount/RegisterAccount.aspx
