From Catania Airport, the easiest way is to take the bus from "Interbus" or "Etna Trasporti". The timetable is on https://www.interbus.it/travel-plan/solution.php?departure_stations=35&arrival_stations=37&departure_date=23/10/2022 , approx. every 30/60 minutes. You can get down at the first stop in Giardini Naxos, "Giardini - Dalmazia SS114" (ask the driver if you need).
From the bus stop, it's a 20 minutes walk, basically you walk along the seafront until you reach the hotel
