The workshop will take place at the Physics Department, Lund University. It is at walking distance from the center of Lund and is marked C1 on the map of Lund . The location of lecture hall B can be found on the floor plan of the Physics Department.

The workshop dinner on Thursday evening will take place at a restaurant in the city center. More information will be posted later.

The city is located some 15km (10miles) north of Malmö, and can conveniently be reached by commutor trains from Copenhagen International Airport, which is the major airport in the region. The trains depart every 20 minutes and cross the sound between Denmark and Sweden via a tunnel and a bridge connected by an artificial island. Depending on departure one may have to change trains at Malmö central station. The train trip to Lund takes some 45-60 minutes and costs about $15.- or 12.- EUR. Tickets can be bought at the counter or using credit cards at the entrance to the platforms.

Alternatively, it is possible to fly into Malmö Sturup , which is a regional airport somewhat closer to Malmö and Lund. Regular busses connect this airport with Lund. Taxi transportation from the airports to Lund can be quite expensive, in particular from Copenhagen, as this involves a bridge crossing. In any case, arrange terms with the driver prior to leaving the airport if you want to go by taxi.

Note that participants are responsible for their own accomodation!
