People in Africa and in Cameroon in particular think that we are not able to study universe, to make research on Cosmology, because we have basic problems like electricity, famine,... but we also belong to the same planet as USA or Europe, we also belong to the Universe.

Then, what prevents us from studying Cosmology in Cameroon?
