The maximum number of participants in the room is limited to 25 people (including all speakers, participants and organizers involved). For reasons of protection against infection, this cannot be deviated from. No further rooms can be made available for small groups.
KoWi recommends that the organizer makes participation dependent on the conditions of the "3-G rule" (participant is vaccinated, recovered or has a negative test evidence). The corresponding organization and control is the responsibility of the organizer.
KoWi provides products for hand disinfection, liquid hand soap and disposable towels. The conference room and the toilets are cleaned after each event.
The organizer informs the participants about the obligation to comply with the general hygiene rules to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the instructions in the premises and ensures compliance as far as possible.
The participants are asked to stay exclusively in the conference room. A longer stay in the corridors and in the entrance area is not permitted. Telephone calls outside of the conference room should not be made in the corridors in front of the offices.
Wearing a mouth and nose cover is mandatory in the KoWi entrance area and on the way to the conference room. We also recommend this throughout the duration of the event.
The conference room must be ventilated regularly during the event in order to minimize exposure to aerosols. We have also equipped our conference room with two air filters.
The consumption of food and drinks in the room is possible in compliance with the hygiene rules. The organizer takes responsibility for compliance.
KoWi accepts no liability in the event of the conference room being closed and the event being cancelled as a result, provided that the COVID-19 pandemic or operational reasons make this necessary.
KoWi accepts no liability in the event of infection with the corona virus that can be traced back to the use of the conference room.
The organizer is responsible for compliance with all regulations.
