How to get to CERN

From Geneva International Airport - Cointrin

. Taxi - approximately 35 CHF.

. Bus - Take bus 23, (towards ZIPLO), 28 (towards Parfumerie) or 57 (towards ZIMEYSA Gare), get off at Blandonnet, then catch Tramway line 18 to CERN. (Buy ticket 'Tout Genève', 3CHF on the ticket machine)

From Geneva Railway Station - Cornavin

Tramway line 18 towards "CERN" to the final stop at CERN entrance. (Buy ticket 'Tout Genève', 3CHF on the ticket machine)

If you have printed your access card, you can enter via 'Reception', building 33. If not, please use Entrance B, on your right.

From Switzerland 
Follow signs for "Aéroport", "Lyon" and "Meyrin". 
From Meyrin, follow signs for "St. Genis" (France). CERN's Entrance B  is on the left on "route de Meyrin", just after the Tram stop and the Globe.

From France (département of Ain) 
Follow signs for "Gex" or "St. Genis". CERN is on your right immediately after the border.
