CERN Hotel
A block booking at the CERN Hostel has been made for single rooms (58.00 CHF) with shower, available between 26th to 30th March 2023. The CERN hotel is next to the CERN restaurant, which caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A post office and a bank are also available.

Booking requests will be treated according to the availability on the group booking. If all the pre-booked rooms have been used, booking requests will be treated according to the hotel availability. This block booking is guaranteed until no later than 28 February 2023 After this date, the unused rooms will be released.
Payments have to be made directly with the CERN Hostel. Do not forget to inform the hotel should you change your travel plans. Please check the https://sce-dep.web.cern.ch/housing/booking-rules (especially the "No-show" case)
Cancellation/ Modification Policy:
- Cancellation and modification is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET) 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival.
- Reduction of length of stay is accepted free of charge until 12:00 (CET) on the day of departure.
- In case of no-show, the first night of the reservation is charged at 100% to the supplied means of financial guarantee. The rest of the stay is automatically cancelled by 12:00 (CET) on the day following the no-show.

Public transportation from locations in Geneva, Meyrin or Cointrin is efficient and often a bus pass is included in the price of the hotel.
Notice that the main CERN entrance is in Switzerland, while some of the suggested hotels are located in France. Some hotels on the French side offer a shuttle service to CERN with 24 hours notice.
