Please note that on the weekend of Nov 11-12 there is a major event scheduled in Athens: the yearly marathon (so-called "real" marathon...).
As a result, people are advised to book their hotel room(s) as early as possible.
Moxy Athens City have kindly agreed to reserve 40 rooms for RECFA members until August 14th (14/8/2023). After that date, the rooms will be liberated. Rooms will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that the Moxy is very conveniently located (9-min walk) near the venue site (NKUA administration building), and is itself located at some Omonoia Squere, which has its own Metro station.
