If you would like to book a room at the CERN Hostel, please send a mail to Valerie.Brunner@cern.ch who will provide you with a form to be filled. The form should be sent to Housing.Service@cern.ch at least 4 weeks before the event.

If you prefer to find a hotel in the CERN area or in Geneva please have a look to thist list of hotels. You will have to make your booking as due to Data Privacy Policy, you should provide your own guarantee details directly to the hotel.
