The closest subway station to the Portuguese National Library is "Entrecampos".

Subway
Get the subway in Campo Pequeno (close by to the hotel) and get out in Entrecampos (one stop after).
Bus
There are several buses that can bring you from the hotel to the National Library (736, 783, 754, ...). Google or the Carris web page usually provide recommendations in real time.

LIP is at 1.2 km distance from the Hotel Alif, as shown in th map. The closest subway station is Cidade Universitária.

Airport
The Aeroporto de Lisboa (Humberto Delgado Airport) is an international airport located in the city of Lisbon.
The airport is served by the RED line of the Metro system (stop: Aeroporto).
Metro
There is a Metro system with four lines. The YELLOW line takes you to the meeting's venue (stop: Entrecampos).

The easiest way to buy your Metro ticket is bringing your contactless debit or credit card, or payment device, close to the validators with the contactless symbol (available throughout the Lisbon Metro). Car
Taxis and several car sharing services are available.
If you're taking a taxi, ensure that the taxi meter is turned on at the start of the journey. From Lisbon Airport, it should start at €3.25 (3.90) for a daytime (nightime) pick-up. The average metered rate to the city is about €10.00 (plus luggage at €1.60). More information here.
