Dear All,

Thanks for attending the meeting this afternoon.

Please find below my notes and actions to be taken.

 

1. Slide 4: Set egroup as FP responsible. Pascal (Layout) is waiting for a reply to an email he sent to Lukasz and Ricardo asking what value needs to be sent from Layout to Infor (string or ID). Action Lukasz – reply to Pascal’s mail
2. Slide 5: Migration of Functional positions from Buildings to Rooms. Action: Discuss with Sonia
3. Slide 7: Rename of functional positions in Infor from Layout. In progress on Layout-side (progress expected in January)
4. Slide 8: Prefill Part creation form from Naming. Action Lukasz – Discuss with David
5. Slide 9: Mutually exclusive Active/Deprecated/Out of Service states Action Lukasz – Discuss with David
6. Slide 10: Set up Stock level notifications. Action BE-CEM-IN – Check report and give feedback. Send screenshot to show bad formatting.
7. Slide 15: Kiosk Return button hidden by keyboard – To be finished in January sprint  
8. Slide 18: KIOSK Issue/Return from search engine – To be done in January sprint  
9. Slide 19: Add link to GIS in Kiosk header bar – To be done in January sprint  

 

I have blocked time for the next meeting on Monday 30^th January at 14h. We should decide ~1 week before if there is anything to discuss.
