Notes for Hotel Reservation:
1. Free Internet service, breakfast and 10% tax are included. Reservations are made on first-come-first-served basis. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of check in/ out date and credit card guarantee by 28 February 2023. Thereafter, reservations can only be confirmed subject to room availability.
2. The credit card guarantee is required for Howard Plaza Hotel and Green World Hotel. You will NOT be charged for the hotel fare at this moment. You will be charged by the hotel directly upon check-out.
3. Cancellation must be made 72 hours (Taiwan Standard Time) prior to the check-in date, or a process fee equivalent to one night’s room rate will be charged. Notification of hotel cancellation should be sent in writing to the Ms. Stella Shen at stella.shen@twgrid.org .
