      • Next WLCG workshop 5m

        The last WLCG workshop was in early November 2022 (Lancaster). We laso had two topical 1/2 days in the weekend before CHEP in Norfolk. We should plan the next WLCG workshop. Points to consider: 

        • Time: We probably need 3 days if we have "WLCG only". Joint workshop with HSF? Pros: large shared community, many synergies is what is discussed. Cons: constraints in time/space (becomes a larger event). In Lancaster we had a back-to-back vent with the Rucio workshop. Large overlap of attendees. However the Rucio workshop next year is planned in November and I believe we should have a WLCG workshop before summer. November is also terribly close to CHEP. Looking at the HSF calendar: May 6-7-8 (May 9 CERN is closed) or May 13-17 or May 21-24 (May 20 CERN is closed) or June 3-7 (LHCb week) or July 1-5 ... then we are in summer. 
        • Location: we invite the WLCG institutes to volunteer hosting the workshop. Proposals via email to Simone.   
        • Content: there will be an Overview Board discussion about the next 4 years strategy of WLCG. The workshop will be a good opportunity to define such a strategy and launch some initiatives. Other topics should also be discussed.    
      • New WLCG security officer 5m

        As mentioned in the MB [1] #307, Romain Wartel is stepping down as WLCG Security Officer. The role is a formal commitment of CERN as host lab. CERN identified Jose Carlos Luna Duran as the new WLCG Security Officer. Luna is a senior member of CERN IT Security Team and has been preparing the transition with Romain in the last months.

      230620-1 can be closed as enough regions provided the flat budget information in preparation for the RRB. Still, it would be good if the missing ones would do it as well. 

      230620-6: a meeting with the HEPIX chairs is being fixed after the October 2023 meeting (which happens this week)
