It is in the old city, near the Plaza de la Reina, one of the central squares in the city. It's mostly a pedestrian area, within walking distance of the train station and many metro stations (Pont de Fusta, Angel Guimera, Plaza de España, count on 10 minutes walk). People who come by car can park (at a rather elevated fee) in the Plaza de la Reina parking. Taxis are reasonably cheap in Valencia and can leave people at the Plaza de la Reina.
